Complete electronic medical records across visits and departments.
SCORE-HMS unifies every department of your hospital — OPD, IPD, lab, radiology, pharmacy, billing and HR — in one cloud system designed for Ugandan hospitals.
SCORE-HMS unifies every department of a Ugandan hospital — registration, OPD, IPD, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, theatre, ward management, billing, insurance, HR and reporting — in one cloud platform. It is designed for facilities ranging from 20-bed mission hospitals to 200-bed multi-specialty centres, and supports multi-branch hospital networks with consolidated reporting. SCORE-HMS replaces the patchwork of paper files, Excel sheets and disconnected modules that cost Ugandan hospitals time, revenue and patient trust every day.
Every module talks to every other module. A patient registered at OPD has the same record in IPD, the lab, radiology and the pharmacy. A test ordered by a doctor appears immediately in the lab queue and the bill. Drugs dispensed from the hospital pharmacy deduct from inventory and post to the patient's account in real time. Insurance claims are filed from the same workflow that captured the visit, with full documentation attached. The result is a hospital that runs on one set of numbers, not five.
Most Ugandan hospitals serve a mix of cash, insurance and corporate accounts. SCORE-HMS handles all three in a single ledger. Each insurer or corporate has its own pricing schedule, claim form and approval workflow. Claims are tracked from submission through payment, with ageing reports that surface stuck claims early. Patient statements consolidate cash and insurance components clearly.
We do not expect a hospital to switch on every module overnight. The standard SCORE-HMS rollout is phased: OPD and billing first (week 1–2), pharmacy and stores (week 2–3), lab and radiology (week 3–4), then IPD, ward management and reporting (week 4–6). Each phase is trained, tested and signed off before the next begins. A dedicated Uganda-based implementation manager runs the project and remains on call after go-live.
