Two batches of the same drug can have different expiry dates and different unit costs. SCORE tracks them separately. At dispense, the system picks the nearest-expiry batch first (FEFO) by default. Tiered expiry alerts at 60, 30 and 15 days give your team time to discount, transfer or return stock before it dies on the shelf.
