SCORE Pharmacy starts at $50 per branch per month, billed monthly or annually with a discount. There are no per-user, per-transaction or per-SKU charges — you can add as many cashiers, products and customers as you need. SCORE-RX (pharmacy + clinic in one system) is $85 per branch per month. SCORE-HMS (full hospital management) is $150 per branch per month. Onboarding, training, free updates and 24/7 local support are included in every plan. References from existing Ugandan pharmacies are available on request.
SCORE is supported by a local Uganda team. Onboarding includes a dedicated implementation manager, on-site or remote staff training, and migration of your existing product master and opening stock. After go-live, support is available 24/7 by phone, WhatsApp and email — most issues are resolved on the first call. Yes. We migrate product master data, supplier lists, opening stock, customers and historical sales from spreadsheets or other pharmacy/clinic/hospital systems. Migration is included in onboarding.
Yes. SCORE records MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, M-Pesa (Kenya), cash and card at the POS. For clinics and hospitals, insurance and corporate billing are first-class workflows with claim tracking.
